Terms Of Service

Disclaimer: Proceeding to commission me means you have automatically agreed to all of the following terms.

General

-I am able to refuse a commission I don't feel comfortable with or feel I won't be able to deliver well enough for you.

Payment

-Payment will be made the through PayPal in USD.-If payment is not received within a week after invoice is sent, the commission will be cancelled, unless Artist and Client have agreed on the delay.-50% of Payment is due before starting on sketch-Payment plans can be given to commissions over 1000$

Credit/Usage

- Personal use only unless agreed for commercial use (streamers may use it, with proper credit).-Commercial use requires additional payment of 30% of the quoted price (Merchandise, redistribution, etc.)-Credit must be given if shared online (tag @PumpkinToffeeShoppee).-Modifications or commercial use without permission are not allowed.

Communication

-Commissions follow a FCFS (First Come, First Serve) system.╰⪼ DM’s are open on Twitter and Artistree

Ordering

-Please provide clear character details and reference(s).-Extremely detailed designs (e.g., frills, chains, Horn, Wings) might have extra charges.-Deadlines must be set before payment, and they cannot be changed afterward.-Orders include a tax of 10% of the total price.-I work based on FCFS but prioritize deadlines if needed.

Process & Revisions

-I’ll keep you updated at every stage: Sketch → Base Color → Final!-Updates will be sent daily, or at most, every 3 daysUnlimited revisions at each stage! (Make sure to approve before I move on, or additional fees might apply).-Finished piece will be sent as a runtime file and/or Psd file/ Png file, and shall be sent to client via Google Drive/ Email as a compressed zip file.

Timeline

Estimated completion times:▸Pixel YCH: 2-5 days▸Pixel CUSTOM: 1-2 weeks▸ILLUSTRATIONS: 1-2 weeks▸Live2d Model art: 1-2 weeks▸Live2d rigging: 2- 6 weeksI’ll update you every 1-3 days after our last communication.

Refunds

- Full Refunds are available if I haven’t started your commission in 2 months.-Once work has begun, full refunds will not be provided (Personal reasons are not valid).I reserve the right to refund the full amount if I choose to cancel your project.-If there’s a problem with your PayPal account, please contact me immediately to resolve it.

Uploading

I have the ability to publicly display the commission on my portfolio and social media.If the Client intends for the commission to be uploaded at a later date or to be a private piece, please let me know.

-Heavy Mecha designs, hardcore nsfw or anything inappropriate (e.g., sexualization of minors)-Nfts/ art for ai generators, Racist, sexist, transphobic, homophobic, hate speech, or bigoted ideation/text (offensive themes overall), extreme violence or gore, pairings of ocs and copyrighted characters
