Disclaimer: Proceeding to commission me means you have automatically agreed to all of the following terms.

General

-I am able to refuse a commission I don't feel comfortable with or feel I won't be able to deliver well enough for you.

Payment

-Payment is to be made through PayPal in USD.-50% of payment is required before sketching begins.-Payment plans can be given to commissions over $300

Credit/Usage

- May be used for Commercial use.-Credit must be given if shared online.

Communication

-Commissions follow a FCFS (First Come, First Serve) system.╰⪼ DM’s are open on Twitter , Artistree, Vgen, and Discord (pumpkintoffee)

Ordering

-Please provide clear character details and reference(s).-Extremely detailed designs (e.g., frills, chains, Horn, Wings) may have extra charges.-I work based on FCFS but prioritize deadlines if needed.

Process & Revisions

-I’ll keep you updated at every stage: Sketch → Base Color → Final!Unlimited revisions at each stage.(Additional fees may apply if I must go back far into the process).

Timeline

Refunds

-How far along in the process will determine how much you are to be refunded in the situation of if you were to cancel your project.-Sketch: Eligible for a 90% refund-Line Work & Base Coloring: Eligible for a 50% refund-Final Details / Completion Stage: Eligible for a 20% refund

Uploading

I have the ability to publicly display the commission on my portfolio and social media.If the Client intends for the commission to be uploaded at a later date or to be a private piece, please let me know.
